Erin is the Chief Executive Officer with Precision Leasing and Sales, LLC and the Owner of Designer Shoe Rack, LLC. Specializing in supplying, renting, leasing and selling heavy equipment for government and private entities, Precision Leasing and Sales is a local construction service company.

On the other hand, Designer Shoe Rack is a locally owned and operated fashion retailer based in Tri-Cities, Washington. Showcasing accessories and in-season designer branded footwear for men, women and juniors offering up to sixty percent off. In her current capacity, Erin’s areas of expertise include the overseeing of daily operations, budgeting, project management, leadership, human resource management, freight management, construction, fashion, retail, and more. Furthermore, Erin is a member of NFIB and the National Association of Professional Women, where she was recognized as an NAPW VIP Woman of the Year. In addition, she also holds an A rating with the Better Business Bureau. Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with her children, travel and reading. Throughout the course of her collegiate career, Erin studied at Columbia Basin College.
