An extremely accomplished attorney with well over three decades of diverse experience in the legal services industry, Kenneth A. Stern has earned recognition in the prestigious network of prominent professionals with Continental Who’s Who. Currently serving in the role of Founder and Chief Executive Officer at The CP Lawyer and Stern Law PLLC, Kenneth works vigorously to ensure that the needs of his clients are met and their expectations are exceeded. Driven by his keen interest in medicine and his desire to help others, he has spent the past 35 years dedicated to righting the wrongs done to his clients. Licensed to practice law in Michigan, Tennessee, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, Kenneth started his practice in 1981 for the purpose of providing a comprehensive legal resource to parents who are struggling to find answers for their children dealing with a birth injury.

He is also past Co-Chairman of the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association’s Legislative Committee and their Medical Malpractice Committee. In addition to the considerable amount of expertise he has gained through his voluminous professional experience, Kenneth is a highly educated individual who earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Wayne State University. He then proceeded to earn his Doctor of Law degree in Common Law from the Michigan State University College of Law. Always looking to give back to the community when the opportunity presents itself, Kenneth established MyChild™ in 1997, which is an organization dedicated to providing resources and information to parents and others seeking a better understanding of Cerebral Palsy. The organization provides a free service to parents and advocates with a particular emphasis on providing help to those in desperate need of assistance.
