Thomas W. Bertz, Sr.

Thomas W. Bertz Sr., is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Legal Services. Thomas is a Retired Partner at Anderson O’Brien Bertz Skrenes & Golla, LLP. Founded in 1886, Anderson O’Brien Bertz Skrenes & Golla, LLP, was established with one goal in mind: to provide clients with first-class legal services. Concentrating in a variety of practice areas, the 19 attorneys on staff produce top tier representation while fighting aggressively for their clients. Prior to retirement, Thomas was a practicing attorney for over 50 years. He worked in the areas of insurance defense, litigation, personal injury, products liability and worker’s compensation. Recognized as a Wisconsin Super Lawyer (2008, 2009 and 2010) for his success, Thomas is a member of the Litigation Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the American Bar Association, the Western District of Wisconsin Bar Association and the Portage County Bar Association. In 2006, he served as President of the Wisconsin Association of Worker’s Compensation Attorneys. Furthermore, Thomas maintains affiliations with the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, Backcourt Club and is the President of the Coach’s Committee. Additionally, Thomas is a Paul Harris Fellow with the Stevens Point Rotary Club and serves on the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point Chancellor’s Advisory Council. He is also Chair of the William C. Hansen Award Committee at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
