Sue Wilburn

Sue Wilburn is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Pharmaceuticals. Sue is the Shift Manager-Aseptic Production with Novo Nordisk. Headquartered in Denmark, Novo Nordisk is a global healthcare company with over 90 years of innovation in diabetes care with a presence in 180 countries. In this position, Sue is a passionate team player specializing in production, project management, quality assurance, process improvement, leadership, training and team building; as well as the oversight of staff and operations. Sue currently amasses over 20 years of experience as an aircraft electrical and environmental craftsman as well as an additional thirteen years of management experience. Prior to her beginning her career, she served in the U.S. Air Force for 21 years before retiring as an E8 Senior Master Sergeant. Recognized as a NAPW VIP Woman of The Year, Sue is a member of PDA and AFSA. Outside of work, she enjoys target shooting and reading crime novels. During her time in the Air Force, Sue earned two Associate’s degrees. She attended the Community College of the Air Force where she attained her A.A.S. in Aircraft Systems Maintenance and A.A.S. as an Instructor of Military Science and Technology. Upon graduating with her Associate’s degrees, Sue went on to complete her Bachelor’s degree in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale followed by a Master’s degree in Administration from Central Michigan University.
