Cathy Cole

Cathy Cole is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Pinnacle Professionals in the field of Real Estate. She serves as President and CEO of Heritage Texas Country Properties. Serving the South Central Texas area, Heritage Texas Country Properties Texas offers farm and ranch property for sale, equestrian estates, vacation and investment properties and residential and recreational weekend property. An agent with over 25 years of experience, Cathy is a seasoned realtor specializing in the buying and selling of various acreage, farm and ranch properties, vacation properties, equestrian estates and more. Her skills in real estate transactions, public speaking, management and marketing assist her greatly when she is showing properties to perspective buyers. Previously living in countries such as Africa, Italy, England and Saudi Arabia, Cathy understands and has worked with individuals from all walks of life. After marrying her late husband, Mike, a native Texan, Cathy grew used to country living. While in living in England, Cathy worked as an assistant for social events at the United States Embassy. When in Saudi Arabia, she worked at the office of the Consulate General in Al-Khobar. After becoming a Realtor 25 years ago, Cathy went on to attain her CRS, CBR and e-Pro designations in addition to a Realtors Land Institute Accredited Land Consultant-Advanced designation.

Cathy is a Founding Member and Past Director of the Texas Land Brokers Network and President of the Realtors Land Institute of Texas. She remains an active member of the National Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, the Houston Association of Realtors, the South Central Board of Realtors and the National Association of Professional Women. She also sits on the Land Use Committee with the Texas Association of Realtors and she serves as Chair of the Realtors Land Institutes Government Affairs Committee and Board of Directors. Locally, Cathy has served as the Publicity and Marketing Director for the American Cancer Society Relay for Life for eight years and has been a Board Member for the Volunteer Services Council for Brenham State School since 1987. In her free time, she enjoys golfing, gardening and going to the beach. Catherine’s additional accomplishments include recognition by the South Central Board of Realtors as Realtor of The Year for 1997 and 2005.
