Katrina Kuzniuk

 Katrina Kuzniuk is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Member in recognition of her contributions to the Nonprofit field.

 Kuzniuk’s former professional title is Senior Director of Operations at the National Ovarian Center Coalition. She worked in this capacity for the past 16 years and brings expertise in budgeting, compliance, infrastructure, finance, nonprofit organization management and strategy, to her role. “I help companies achieve targeted revenue growth by applying my proven leadership, problem solving and communication skills to the requirements of a dynamic work environment,” Kuzniuk said. “This trait has consistently helped me exceed expectations.

My ability to look over the horizon to anticipate obstacles typically has me a step ahead in terms of streamlining and optimizing operations in order to resolve issues and concerns. Communication in all business is the key to success and I believe you can never have enough positive collaboration.” In her role at the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition, Kuzniuk cites several impressive job duties. “I planned, developed, organized, implemented, directed and evaluated the organization’s fiscal function and performance,” Kuzniuk said. “I directed multi-location budgets, P&L management, and annual audits, and I mentored and coached 22 direct reports throughout tenure.

 I participated in the development of the organization’s plans and programs as a strategic partner.” Kuzniuk attended the Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, where she studied the Hotel and Tourism Industry. She also studied Business Management, Accounting and Marketing at Georgian College, and then earned her Associate’s degree with honors from Willis College, studying business, technology and healthcare programs, and help desk support.

 

To further her professional development, Kuzniuk is a member of the National Association of Professional Women, and is a certified Microsoft Office professional. When not working, Kuzniuk volunteers her time to Operation Kindness. She also enjoys spending time outdoors as well as quality family time with her two children, Adin and Ellis.
