Beverly Aplikowski

 Beverly Aplikowski is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Real Estate.

Beverly is the Chief Executive Officer/President of Lakeside Homes, Inc. Founded in 1962, Lakeside Homes is a manufactured home community and sales center providing individuals and families with clean, safe, attractive, comfortable, quality home ownership. Having been involved with Lakeside Homes since its inception, Beverly currently possesses 54 years of professional experience. Specializing in first class customer service and property management, she currently manages 245 units that are comfortably groomed with maintenance upkeep services and annual inspections to ensure each home is up to par. Locally, Beverly has been very involved in community volunteerism and local politics.

 She currently serves as President of the Human Life Alliance and is presently serving a second term as Chair of the Minnesota Manufactured Housing Association. She has always been active in politics and served as a City Council Member for ten years and six years as Mayor in Arden Hills, Minnesota, as well as additional state sub committees. Furthermore, Beverly is a parliamentarian and has served many organizations in several capacities. She is active in the local Rotary Club, serving on many subcommittees. Because of her status in the organizations she serves, Beverly is often sought out as a counselor and facilitator by other groups.

 

A member of her local Chamber of Commerce, Beverly is also on the Chair and Financial Commission at St. John Baptist Church. Beverly lives by the philosophy: “Do Unto Others As You Would Have Them Do Unto You” and her personal motto is: “If a job needs doing, learn what is needed and then do it.” In her spare time, she enjoys quality family time.
