 Liz is experienced managing projects within various SDLC processes and project management methodologies, using various tools and techniques to govern project organization and measure performance. Additionally, Liz has worked with several of her employers to establish IT processes, standards and metrics to conform to recognized organizational certifications such as CMMI and ISO9000.

She has worked as an independent consultant, providing expertise in project organization and prioritization, project\program oversight and establishing organizational wide requirements gathering, analysis and management standards and guidelines for improved Project Management practices. A Certified Project Management Professional, Liz enjoys classic cars, motorcycles, and spending time with her dogs in her free time, one of which she is training for working dog competition.
