Yamilka Mirambeaux is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Non-Profit Services as a result of her role as a Development Coordinator with 1199SEIU/League Labor Management Project. Founded in 1997, the 1199SEIU/League Labor Management Project was created on the combination of the Union and employers to prepare, sustain and support a quality workforce throughout various outlets.

To date, the 1199SEIU/League Labor Management Project has exceled in providing benefits to over 400,000 working and retired healthcare industry workers and their families alike. A member of the American Management Association, ASTD and NAPW, Mirambeaux has been with the 1199SEIU/League Labor Management Project for ten years where she specializes in community outreach, event planning, program development and management. In addition to her position as Development Coordinator, she teaches bible study in her free time. The recipient of the Heart Award from 1199SEIU/League Labor Management Initiative, Mirambeaux was recognized as a NAPW VIP Woman of The Year for her successful endeavors.

Possessing a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from CUNY City College of New York, Mirambeaux holds an additional certification in Progressive Leadership. When she is not working, Mirambeaux enjoys Dance; Photography; Spending time with friends, family and her birds. Mirambeaux cites her mentors Nohra Gaitan; Samantha Morales; Sakara Bey; Denise Sand-Baez, Erica Burgos Mirambeaux is Dedicating this recognition to her mother, Dulce Rivas and her siblings.
