Pamela A. Harsh is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Real Estate. Real Estate Listing Agent on the Tina Johnson Group for Keller Williams Market – Pro-Realty, Harsh’s expertise lies in the area of Residential Real Estate, particularly in working with buyers and sellers. She also brings expertise in management, team building, marketing, negotiating, social media and home staging to her role.

Prior to joining the Keller Williams Realty team, Harsh worked in transportation and warehousing at Tyson Foods for 13 years, then went to work as the Branch Manager at Yusen Logistics (Americas), Inc. for 16 years and finally, as the Senior Account Manager of XPO Logistics in the Supply Chain department for six years. Throughout the course of her education and training, Harsh earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design from the University of Arkansas.

To further her professional development, she is a member of both the National Association of Realtors and the National Association of Professional Women. “My goal is to be the best realtor I can be, by showing ethics, morals and simple honesty,” Harsh said. “I love enjoying people and helping them reach their goals. I enjoy meeting and working with people, seeing people happy and knowing I had just a little part of it. It’s great loving your job. I feel it makes you a better person. My motto is: ‘Because nice matters.’” In recognition of her branch’s outstanding work in the field, the Tina Johnson Group has been recognized for Best Branch on multiple occasions, and also received the Team Lead award as well as the Team Award for moving most freight out of 12 other branches.

When not working, Harsh volunteers her time to a number of organizations, including Feed the Children, the American Red Cross, Little Rock Children’s Hospital, charities related to Breast Cancer awareness and perhaps most notably, she has lent the past eight years of service to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. She also enjoys gardening, photography, running, swimming, antiques and spending time with her friends, family and dogs. Harsh dedicates this recognition to her husband, Michael Harsh.
