Lauren R. Hunter

Continental Who’s Who recognizes Lauren R. Hunter as a Pinnacle Professional Member in recognition of her contributions to the field of Talent Management. Hunter brings expertise in leadership development and talent management to her role as Regional Manager of Training and Development at Securitas, which prides itself on “providing security solutions that produce efficiencies while saving both time and money.” With an impressive resume consisting of over 15 years in the food and beverage industry, Hunter has worked as the Catering Event Planner at the famed Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California.

She led and directed up to 150 Cast Members and took to drop-dead deadlines related to special events. After two separate positions with other companies between 2007 and 2008, Hunter returned to Disneyland as a food service operations manager with Sodexo. Prior to joining the team at Securitas, Hunter worked at both Panera Bread and 20th Century Fox Film, utilizing her food service prowess. In her current role, Hunter “provides leadership in training, organizational improvement and performance enhancement.” She also “analyzes development needs, develops and implements initiatives for the enhancement of guest services, learns client businesses, develops partnerships with clients and plays a sales and marketing role in expanding business opportunities and delivering value-added services.”

To enhance her professional development, Hunter is a member of the Association for Talent Development and the National Association of Professional Women. When not working, Hunter devotes time to volunteering for the Susan G. Komen Foundation. She enjoys spending time with her godson, baseball, football and going to events at her local performing arts center. She dedicates this recognition to her godson, Brody Quintana.
