Kim Harris Thompson is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Building and Construction as a result of her role as Vice President of Marketing with Excel Paving Corporation. Excel Paving Corporation has extensive experience and skill in performing paving, commercial seal coating, crack and joint repair, concrete installation and reconstruction, as well as customized ADA conformance and pavement markings. Excel services the entire South-eastern, working closely with General Contractors, Property Managers and Private Owners. In her position as Vice President of Marketing, Kim specializes in Overseeing the Development and Implementation of Communication Strategies; Developing Business Partnerships; Sales; as well as Pinpointing Key Clientele Segments in Order to Enhance the Business's Value Proposition. Throughout her educational career, Kim earned her BS in Biology from the College of William and Mary. She is presently a member of both Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce and the Heavy Contractors Association.
