Tracy Brill

Tracy Brill, A.A.S., is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Member in the field of Government Administration in recognition of her role as an Administrative Assistant at Jacksonville Fire and Emergency Services. “An internationally accredited agency through the Center for Public Safety Excellence (CPSE), providing excellent customer service through prevention, readiness, and response to threats of the lives and property of the people we serve,” Jacksonville Fire and Emergency Services has provided services for the Jacksonville, North Carolina region for decades. Dedicated to assisting the community, the emergency services center “provides the leadership, vision and oversight to ensure the responsible stewardship of Jacksonville’s resources for the effective, efficient, and economical delivery of municipal services for today and for the future.” Utilizing the latest advancement in technology in an effort to improve a sustainable quality of life for the community, the service center is equipped in implementing strategies to further enhance the progress of the community. Amassing over nine years of experience in the administrative and government field within the United States. In her current capacity Tracy has acted as Administrative Assistant II at Jacksonville Fire and Emergency Services for the past eight years. Attributing her success to her good work ethic instilled in her by her father, “I have always worked in an administrative capacity,” Tracy said. “I am involved in reporting and handling budgetary matters.” Throughout the course of her education and training, Tracy attained her Associate of Applied Science degree from Coastal Carolina Community College. To further her professional development, Tracy is an affiliate of several organizations including the North Carolina Fire Rescue Administrative Professionals Group. When not working, Tracy loves spending time with her grandchildren and reading, stating that she “reads a wide variety of genres.” Tracy dedicates this recognition to her - in loving memory of her father, Alan G. Say; to her mentor, Barbara Russo, who was a female firefighter and is now an Assistant Professor of Public Safety at the University of West Alabama; her husband, Robert, who recently retired after serving 30 years in the United States Marine Corps; her three sons and her three grandchildren.
