With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field before doing administrative medicine, Dr. Flemister holds over 12 years of experience in national insurance and payer companies. Adept at expert medical insurance testimony, Dr. Flemister has served as Medical Director for Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, and Next Level Health Partners.   Providing consultation services to companies regarding healthcare, compliance, fraud/abuse, legal support and medical devices, Dr. Glenda E. Flemister is currently the Executive Medical Director for Medical Health Solutions, a company involved in predicting trends to optimize healthcare at an affordable and sustainable rate. In this capacity, Dr. Flemister provides education, consultation, and resources to the medical industry, medical providers, and managed care organizations. Throughout her education and training, Dr. Flemister received  her Medical Degree from Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine in Maywood Illinois, completed her Internal Medicine internship with Columbus Hospital in Chicago followed by her Internal Medicine residency with the Michael Reese Medical Center also in Chicago.
Licensed to practice in Illinois, Kentucky, New Mexico, and Oklahoma, Dr. Flemister is board certified in Internal Medicine Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine. 
In recognition of her professional accomplishments, Dr. Flemister was awarded 2018 Top Doctor in the Chicago metropolitan area.
