Albert G. Karam, M.D., is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who in the field of medicine as a Pinnacle Lifetime Achiever as an Owner and a Pediatrician at the Pediatric Office of Albert G. Karam, M.D.

With over thirty-four years of experience in the medical field, Dr. Karam’s goal is to ensure the highest level of care and comfort for the children and infants who are patients at his private practice. He has been serving in his current capacity since 2000.

Throughout his education and training, Dr. Karam earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from McNeese State University, Lake Charles, LA, in May 1977 and a Doctorate of Medicine from LSU School of Medicine, Shreveport, LA, in May 1981. Following this, he had an internship at Children’s Medical Center, Dallas, Texas from 1981-1982. He further his post-education training at a residency at the Children’s Medical Center, Dallas, TX, from 1982-1984. On account of his dedication, he was promoted to chief resident in 1984 and remained in this position until 1985. American Board of Pediatrics awarded him board certification 1986 and a Maintenance of Certification in 2011. 

To further his professional development, Dr. Karam is a member of American Medical Association, Texas Medical Association, Dallas County Medical Society, Texas Pediatric Society, Greater Dallas Pediatric Society, Fellow, American Academy of Pediatrics, Diplomate, and American Board of Pediatrics.

In recognition of his career achievements, Dr. Karam has been bestowed numerous prestigious awards and honors. Some of these include the Vitals Patient Choice Award from 2010-2014, One of the Best Pediatricians in Dallas by D Magazine 2002-2018, One of America’s Top Pediatricians 2004-2012 by the Consumer Research Council of America, Texas Super Doctor by Texas Monthly 2004-2018, and One of the “Best Doctors in America” 2001-2018.

Outside of work, Dr. Karam enjoys golfing, walking, and spending time with his grand kids.
