Rosemary Ndikum-Ajide

Rosemary Ndikum-Ajide, is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Achiever in the field of Healthcare as a Health Facility Surveyor with Illinois Department of Public Health.

A Health Facility Surveyor is also known as a Healthcare Inspector, where their job is to perform inspections for the appropriate licensing and certifications needed for the healthcare facility in question. Once the practice is up and running, their job responsibilities dive deeper into the observation of the medical staff and how they operate as a team, and the quality patient care they provide. They collect records and objective data and evaluate policies and treatment or services to determine the accuracy and adequacy of the program’s delivery.

Ms. Rosemary Ndikum-Ajide has more than 15 years’ experience as a Health Facility Surveyor surveying facilities for trauma nursing, PACU nursing, and post-anesthesia nursing. Rosemary gained her extensive knowledge for the needs of a facility to provide the best care as a Registered Nurse with St. Francis Hospital after graduating with her BSN and her Master’s Degree.

An avid member of the American Nurses Association, Ms. Ndikum-Ajide also donates her time and efforts to Autism research.

Outside of her everyday responsibilities, Ms. Rosemary NdikumAjide enjoys spending time with her husband Dr. Julius Ajide and son Jean-Paul.

She dedicates her success, in loving memory of her parents, Lawrencia Neh Ndukim and Peter Fonda Ndukim.
