Mille Baldwin

Mille Baldwin is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the Food Service industry as a result of her role as Owner and Chef  with Eloise’s Pastries. Offering gluten free, vegan, and organic goods for all occasions, Eloise’s Pastries offers cookies, cakes, cupcakes, scones, muffins, cake pops, and more.  As Owner, Mille is responsible for all aspects regarding  baking and culinary art. She is responsible for the advertising and marketing for the business, and her duties include overseeing her small baking team, and nothing goes out without Mille’s final approval.

 

All of the recipes are either handed down, heirloom, or created. Furthermore, Mille maintains affiliation with the National  Society of Colonial Dames, National Association of Professional Women, Northern Virginia Wedding Network, The Knot, Wedding Wire, and the Fauquier Family Shelter. In her spare time, she enjoys quilting, cooking instruction, horses,  and spending time with her dogs. Mille also donates goods to local charities, and has a special discount for those  serving in the US military, including the Wounded Warriors Golf Tournament and Icing Smiles.
