Charisse R. McCray

Charisse R. McCray is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Pinnacle Professionals in  the field of Government Administration. Charisse  is a Supervisor with the Maryland Transit Administration. The Maryland Transit Administration is a division of the Maryland Department of Transportation, and is one of the largest multi-modal transit systems in the United States. They operate local and commuter buses, light rail, metro subway,  Maryland area regional commuter (MARC) train service,  taxi access system, and a comprehensive paratransit  (mobility) system.

 

In her current capacity, Charisse works with union leaders, and maintains train repair inventory as well as taking care of staff management, customer service, payroll, and human resources needs. She is a member of the National  Association of Professional Women, Women in Transit, WTS, COMPTA, and Sigma Beta Delta.  Outside of work, Charisse enjoys spending time with  her family and watching movies. Looking into the future, she hopes to launch a local non-profit center to offer  services and housing to non-violent offenders.  Throughout the course of her studies, Charisse earned  a Master’s degree in Business from Colorado Technical  University.
