MaryAnn Johns

MaryAnn Johns is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Pinnacle Professionals in the field  of Government Administration as a result of her role as Management Analyst at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). CMS is a federal agency within the United States Department of Health and Human Services that administers the medicare program and works in partnership with state governments to administer Medicaid, the state children’s health insurance program, and health insurance portability standards.  

A member of the National Association of Professional Women, MaryAnn specializes in healthcare management and administration, organizational management, and both office and supervisory management.

 

Her current position allows her to work closely with the CMS and DHHS Office of the Public Engagement Communications and External Affairs components, and MaryAnn helps assist in the development of written communications to establish effective and timely communication of issues and implementation of agency programs, and more. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, crafts, and spending time with her daughter.  Throughout the course of her educational career, MaryAnn received a BA in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from  the University of Maryland University College.
