Jennifer Paster Detmer

Jennifer Paster Detmer is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Pinnacle Professionals in the field of Pharmaceuticals. Jennifer is the Director of New Products for the US with Sanofi Pasteur S.A. Sanofi Pasteur provides vaccines to protect against several diseases, and they offer the advantage of simplifying  vaccination schedules, as well as decreasing the number  of injections and the health-related costs.  In her current position, Jennifer specializes in new product development, launch strategy, market research, business development, forecasting, project development, and cross functional leadership. She has over a decade of professional experience, and maintains affiliation with the Healthcare Business Women’s Association.

 

In April of 2013, Jennifer spoke at the CDC 2D Barcoding Pilot Educational Forum, where she was a speaker on the Inventory Management and Workflow panel. Her successes with the company earned her the 2009 Star Award from Sanofi Pasteur, recognized for ingenuity and dedication where Jennifer worked on a special project to improve  both the influenza vaccine delivery strategy and customer experience.

 

Additionally, she received the Extra Mile award from Sanofi Pasteur in 2010 for her involvement in showing innovation and entrepreneurship as the leader of the redesign for  the entire influenza vaccine system and shipping strategy. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys travel, reading, hiking,  running and yoga. She volunteers her time and is charitable towards organizations including United Way and March  of Dimes.  Jennifer received her MBA from Temple University, and holds a BS in Marketing and Psychology from Albright College.
