Dr. Frederick H. Hausheer, MD, PhD, FACP

Dr. Frederick H. Hausheer, M.D., Ph.D., FACP,  is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Pharmaceuticals. Dr. Hausheer is the Founder, Chairman and CEO with BioNumerik Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Striving to improve the treatment of cancer patients through multidisciplinary innovation and development, BioNumerik Pharmaceuticals, Inc.’s approach to drug  discovery and development applies the most advanced technologies and leading science in a shared environment directed towards the identification and optimization  of potential solutions amidst all disciplines. Dr. Hausheer has taken part as an inventor and co-inventor for more than 300 US and international patents, and is the co-author  of over 200 peer-reviewed publications, book chapters, and scientific/medical abstracts. Furthermore, Dr. Hausheer is Board Certified in Medical  Oncology through the Johns Hopkins Oncology Center, and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine from the University of Missouri Columbia. He is also a Certified Clinical Investigator, and is a Clinical Professor of Medicine for  the University of Missouri-Columbia, a Professor of Pharmacology for the University of Texas at San Antonio, and an Associate Professor of Medicine at Johns Hopkins University. A member of the American College of Physicians and  American Society of Clinical Oncology, Dr. Hausheer enjoys exercise, reading and listening to music in his spare time.  Dr. Hausheer received an Honorary Ph.D. from Graceland University, and holds an M.D. from the University of Missouri, as well as a Master’s degree in Physiology and Biophysics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and  a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Graceland University.
