Sarah E. Schiermeister

 Sarah E. Schiermeister, RN, BSN, is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Pinnacle Professionals in the field of Healthcare.

Sarah is a Clinical Manager Specialist with Gentiva Health Services. For nearly forty years, Gentiva Health Services has been providing home health and hospice services to patients across the nation. Each year, Gentiva works with over 350,000 patients from more than 420 locations across the United States. A seasoned nurse with over three decades of professional experience, Sarah specializes in nursing, nursing education, healthcare management, disease management, clinical and managed care, patient advocacy and relationship building. Maintaining membership with the National Association of Professional Women, Sarah was recognized as an NAPW VIP Woman of the Year.

 

 She holds registered nursing licensures in nine states, with the ability to practice in 32 states. In addition, she maintains affiliation with her local Chamber of Commerce, church and art museum, as well as organizations such as Open Door Mission and Christian Record Services for the Blind. Aside from the demands of work, Sarah enjoys exercising, literature and music.
