Clare H. Abel is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Pinnacle Professionals in the field of Legal Services as a result of her role as Partner and Shareholder with Burch and Cracchiolo, P.A. A seasoned attorney with over thirty years of experience, Clare’s areas of concentration include: administrative law and compliance, land use and zoning, liquor licensing, real estate development, regulatory licensing and more.

 

Maintaining an AV Rating with Martindale-Hubbell, Clare is a Fellow of the Arizona Bar Foundation and she maintains affiliation with the American Bar Association, Maricopa County Bar Association, State Bar of Arizona, and the Arizona Planning Association. Moreover, Clare is listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Women Lawyers, and has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America, as well as Southwest Super Lawyers and Arizona’s Finest Lawyers in 2011. Additionally, Clare is a Certified Real Estate Specialist through the Arizona Board of Legal Specialization. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and going to her son’s baseball games at the University of Arizona. Reflecting on her collegiate career, Clare earned her JD from the Arizona State University College of Law, and holds a BA in Advertising from Texas Tech University, where she graduated with high honors.
