Sue Loyd

Though born in Houston, TX and moved at age 7 to Keene, NH, Sue Loyd has been realizing dreams in Central Florida since 1983. Sue graduated Deans List from Chamberlayne Junior College in 1975 - Boston, MA with a degree in Interior Design, moved to Ft. Lauderdale and now resides in Winter Springs, FL. Throughout the course of her career, Sue has served a broadly diverse customer base ranging from International Customers, First Time Home Buyers, Empty Nesters, Transferees, and Investors. Her customers especially praise her for listening to their needs in finding the perfect home, excellent communication through the entirety of the process, and relationship building skills. She makes it her personal mission statement to serve with loyalty, respect, and professionalism.

 

Sue has achieved the designations of CRS, Certified Residential Specialist, CSP, Certified Short-Sale Professional, LRS, Leading RE Relocation Specialist, LSE, Leading RE Service Expert, LSS, and Leading RE Sales Specialist. Additionally, she is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, Orlando Regional Realtor Association, Watson New Homes Center, Watson Relocation Services, and the National Association of Professional Women. Her success and her fulfillment comes by having true joy serving others. Since 1997, Sue has served the Central Florida Community as a Real Estate Professional.
