Launched in February of 2015, Quality Meats South Beach is the second location of acclaimed Manhattan restaurant Quality Meats opened in a historic Art Deco hotel in the heart of South Beach.
It is the first venture outside of New York City for Fourth Wall Restaurants, the group founded seven years ago by father-son team Alan and Michael Stillman. Guests can experience the restaurant in a variety of settings: in the main dining room, a handsome space that seats 120, a lush outdoor patio that accommodates 70, private dining rooms that can accommodate events from 15-50 guests and a hidden wine nook for an intimate party of 8. With Quality Meats Miami, Fourth Wall Restaurants introduces a dining destination to South Beach that channels an old-world perspective with a distinctly modern approach. With over a decade of experience in hospitality, Margarita’s areas of specialization include the following: restaurant management, public relations, marketing, operations management,banquets, catering, event management, fine dining, and more.
Recognized by the National Association of Professional Women for her successes, Margarita enjoys going to the beach, sports, travel and yoga in her spare time and enjoying her time off with her two lovely children. A graduate of Florida International University, Margarita obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management.
