Thomas E. Hales

Thomas E. Hales is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as an Outstanding Professional in the field of Finance as a result of his role as Chairman and CEO (Retired) of U.S.B. Holdings Co., Inc. Established in 1969, U.S.B. Holdings Co. is a banking company providing financial services for individuals, professionals, and businesses throughout the tristate area with offices in Orange, Westchester and Rockland Counties in New York as well as in New York City and Stamford, Connecticut. Prior to retirement, Thomas was in his position as Chairman and CEO for twenty seven years. In that capacity, his areas of concentration included banking administration, budgets, contract negotiations, public relations, strategic planning and much more. A testament to his successes, Thomas turned a $23 million dollar chunk to $3 billion in assets during his tenure and is a regarded financial professional. With that being said, Thomas is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

 

 In his free time, he enjoys golfing. Thomas is also on the Board of Directors for Iona College and New York Medical College. Reflecting on his collegiate years, Thomas obtained his Master of Business Administration from Pace University in addition to his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Iona College where he graduated Cum Laude.
