Jennifer is the Founder and CEO of Gender Economics Lab Gender Economics Lab (GEL) integrates diversity objectives into the business at every level. GEL focuses on the opportunities to achieve revenue growth and drive improved operating performance through diversity. Jennifer received her law degree from University of Michigan Law School and her bachelor’s degree in business the University of Notre Dame. Prior to founding the Gender Economics Lab, Jennifer was an executive with Ford Motor Company and practiced law with Jenner & Block in Chicago, Illinois and Kell & Lynch in Birmingham, Michigan.
