Kathy T. Eichlin is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Agriculture as a result of her role as Head of Internal Communications with Syngenta North America. As a global leader with employees throughout 90 countries, Syngenta strives to bring growers and retailers together for agribusiness solutions through seed care, plant breeding and crop protection while minimizing the use of limited, valued natural resources. Possessing over twenty years of experience in the industry, Kathy’s areas of concentration include executive coaching, change transformation and internal communications as well as marketing, team building, freelance writing, public relations and more.
To keep up with the latest technologies, Kathy maintains affiliation with the Public Relations Society of America, International Coaching Federation and the National Association of Professional Women, where she was recognized as a VIP Woman of The Year. In addition to her busy schedule, Kathy still manages to find time to be involved in her community. She sits on the local board of United Way and is on the women’s board of her local community theater in Greensboro.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, tennis and travel. A graduate of Northern Illinois University, Kathy obtained her Master of Arts in Organizational/Health Communication as well as her undergraduate degree in Public Relations and Journalism from Otterbein University.
