Lynne A. Patterson

 Lynne A. Patterson is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Health and Wellness as a result of her role as Owner and Director of Prakasa Yoga and Wellness. Partnering with fellow owner and instructor George Nager, Lynne and George utilize their combined fifty years of experience and expertise incorporating both traditional and modern yoga practices at the studio. For over three decades, Lynne has become one with practicing hatha yoga, spiritual arts, as well as the healing power behind whole and organic foods. Dedicated to helping individuals find their inner selves through energy healing and holistic health, Lynne’s areas of concentration include: breathing techniques and chronic pain management, fitness, lifestyle management and wellness coaching, personal and program development, yoga instruction and more.

 

 A registered ERYT-500 wellness coach and lifestyle consultant through Yoga Alliance, Lynne’s goal is to empower women to use natural remedies to reclaim their vibrant health and vitality. In addition to her work at the studio, Lynne is on the faculty at Smith College where she has been teaching hatha yoga to undergraduate students for fifteen years. Furthermore, Lynne is a member of the National Association of Professional Women, Sierra Club, Heifer International and donates her charity to organizations including Food Democracy Now Food and Water and the local Pioneer Valley Food Bank. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, paddle boarding, gardening and hiking.
