Jeffrey B. Magnes, M.D., is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Healthcare as a result of his role as an Anesthesiologist with Bergen Anesthesia Group. Providing integrated, state-of-the-art anesthesia and pain management services to patients at Valley Health Hospital, the Bergen Anesthesia Group was formed in 1994 and is comprised of over thirty highly qualified physician anesthesiologists.

Inspired to be in the field while employed at Sloan Kettering Medical Center, Dr. Magnes has been in the healthcare industry for twenty six years and has been with Bergen Anesthesia Group for the past eighteen years. Stating anesthesiology is “an integral part of the medical team,” Dr. Magnes specializes in obstetric anesthesiology and is an esteemed member of the American and New Jersey State Society of Anesthesiologists. Recognized by Leading Physicians of the World, Dr. Magnes is Board Certified in Anesthesiology and enjoys culinary arts, beach volleyball, spending time with friends and family and tennis in his time outside of work.

 

Dr. Magnes graduated from the Columbia University College Of Physicians and Surgeons with his Medical degree. He then went on to complete his Residency at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center, his Internship at Overlook Hospital and Fellowship through the ColumbiaPresbyterian Medical Center.
