Tara Lusher

Tara Lusher is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Legal Services as a result of her role as Vice President and General Counsel of Medical Acquisition Company, Inc. Specializing in lien management and medical funding for third-party liability tort cases, MAC works with injured parties to assist in financial solutions for more efficient and convenient treatment services.

In this position for the past three years, Tara’s areas of concentration include business development, commercial litigation, corporate compliance, breach of contract, probate law, risk analysis, mediation, tax issues and more. The recipient of the 2014 San Diego Business Journal Rising Star Award, Tara is a regarded member of the California State Bar, San Diego County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of San Diego and the Alpha Chi National Honor Society. Elected as a Finalist for the San Diego Daily Transcript in 2014, she can be found exercising and doing bikram yoga in her spare time as well as volunteering for the Humane Society. Tara graduated with high distinction from Indiana University with her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice, then went on to attain her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law where she graduated cum Laude.
