Lt. Doris (Dot) Culhane

Lt. Doris (Dot) Culhane is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Pinnacle Professionals in the field of Law Enforcement. She serves as a Detention Lieutenant at the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office. An innovative and fully integrated agency, the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, ran by Sheriff Joe Arpaio, is one of the most popular Sherriff’s offices in the nation. Home to the famous “Tent City,” Maricopa County currently houses 7,500 - 10,000 inmates in the jail system. With 25 years of field experience, Lt. Culhane has been in her current role for 13 years. She specializes in all facets of corrections, legal issues, law enforcement and security management as well as inmate protection and management. A member of ACA, AELE and the National Association of Professional Women, Lt. Culhane enjoys camping, traveling and spending time with her grandchildren in her time outside of work.
