Anna Perry

Anna Perry is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Canadian Lawyers for her dedicated service and charitable contributions to difficult cases and development of leading cases in the Family Law sector in the Courts of British Columbia and Canada. Her education and training includes her Juris Doctor (formerly an LL.B.) from the School of Law at the University of Dalhousie in Halifax, Nova Scotia in 1987. She was then presented to the Supreme Court of British Columbia in August 1988 after articling with the esteemed Perter Barnard as her Principal. She now has amassed twenty-eight years of Family Law Lawyer experience in Vancouver, BC. Anna is the Managing Partner and senior lawyer at her law firm, Westside Family Law, located at 1367 West Broadway in Vancouver, BC. The firm provides family law litigation services in BC Supreme Court and BC Appeal Court, delivering high level of client service, timely and effective legal representation. Anna has also taught at the University of British Columbia, and was previously a deputy registrar with the BC Title Land Registry. As Counsel on Record for leading BC cases, Anna’s favorite recent case is Wu v. Wu et al, in which new laws on electronic evidence tampering, as well as fraud on the Court, is under development from the Trial Reasons. The case also involves multi-generations of property under threat by extortion. To further her professional development, Anna is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of British Columbia, the British Columbia Trial Lawyers Association, the BC Collaborative Professionals Association, IACP and VACP.
