Donald J. DeGabrielle, Esq., is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Pinnacle Professionals in the Legal field. His title is Attorney at Chaffe McCall, LLP. Admitted to practice in Texas and Louisiana, Donald has been part of the industry for over 30 years. He previously had a 22-year career in law enforcement. His first legal job was for a national law firm in Texas within its white-collar defense, internal investigations and regulatory enforcement practice. Additionally, he served as an Assistant District Attorney in New Orleans and was a FBI Special Agent in both New York and New Orleans. To further his professional development, Donald maintains affiliations with the American Trial Lawyers Association, the National Association of Former U.S. Attorneys, the National College of District Attorneys Association, the Attorney Generals Advocacy Institute, the National Advocacy Center, the Society of Former FBI Agents and the ACI Alumni Program.

He is also involved in the Administration of Justice Sub-committee with the Houston Bar Association. As a testament to his success, Donald was selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America for Criminal Defense: White-Collar consecutively from 2013-2016 as well as recognition in Who’s Who Legal for Business Crime Defense. The recipient of the 2002 Director’s Award for superior performance in litigation, Donald is currently on the Board of Directors at the Harris County Public Defender’s Office as well as the Board of Directors Chairman for Crime Stoppers Houston. Outside of work, Donald enjoys golf and traveling with his wife to destinations such as the Virgin Islands and Greece.
