Jason Goodman

 Jason Goodman is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Pinnacle Professionals in the field of Art. Jason is the CEO, Author and Artist at Alchemy Studio Inc.

 In the art arena since the 1970s, Jason specializes in all facets of fine art; with special expertise in the areas of design, painting, sculpting and writing. Prior to his art career, he served in the U.S. Navy from the age of 18 where he fought in the Vietnam War. Due to injuries sustained in combat, Jason suffers from debilitating pain and post-traumatic stress disorder, which to date, have never held him back in terms of his career and passions he states: “I just work right through that stuff...”

The author of “Simple Reflections...on a Frozen Surface,” “Nervous Reader,” and “A Puzzled Existence,” Jason’s advice to those entering the industry is “don’t try to be a Jackson Pollack — the world already has one, develop your own style first.” With his natural eye for design, he even prices his artwork based solely on time and material. Throughout his educational career, Jason earned his M.Ed, Art Education and Sculpture from Florida Atlantic University, preceded by a B.A.E. in Art Education. Jason also holds a B.F.A. in Art History and Sculpture from Misericordia University.

 

Prior to his military commitment, Jason earned an A.A.S. degree in Commercial Art and Advertising from Luzerne County Community College. Jason’s work can be found within numerous museums and significant private collections throughout the world.
