Elzbieta Ringler

 Elzbieta Ringler is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Banking.

Elzbieta is the AVP Branch Manager at Eastern Bank. As the largest and oldest mutual bank in the country, Eastern Bank has been in business for nearly 200 years. With the unique specialty of banking, investments, and insurance all under one roof, Eastern Bank is able to deliver client-centered, personalized financial services. Possessing 26 years of industry experience, Elzbieta has been the AVP Branch Manager for eight years.

 

In this capacity, she is responsible for coaching employees, building and maintaining client relations and overall management. Inducted into the NAPW VIP Woman of The Year Circle, Elzbieta’s advice to young professionals starting out in the field is “treat others like you want to be treated.” She is also a member of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce and maintains affiliation with charitable causes such as United Way, Shriners Hospitals for Children and local organizations.
