In this capacity, Victoria’s areas of concentration include building client relationships, client relations, compliance reporting, employee training and development, project management, performance improvements and organizational skills; as well as tech operations, team leadership and strategic and workforce planning. Furthermore, Victoria is a member of the National Association of Professional Women and CMN. Outside of work, she is charitable towards Autism awareness organizations and enjoys singing, travel and coaching Miss America contestants.
