Nicole L. Bailey is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Entrepreneurship. Nicole is
the Owner and CEO of Concept Cram, LLC.
Designed by Nicole and created by Timothy Allan of Potsdam, NY, Concept Cram is an interactive application designed for test preparation for any standardized test, making ordinary studying with a book and a pen a thing of the past. Concept Cram is an app that strengthens and enhances an individual’s core knowledge and analytical skills to help students effectively make real world connections that can positively affect their career performance simply by playing games. It combines elements of universal design with scientific understanding of various ways in which individuals ideally learn. When using a smart device, the app will test your knowledge and ability to apply concepts in a fun, challenging way to ensure comprehension using a multi-sensory approach.
Its game theory design intrinsically motivates students to study and because it transforms mundane studying into a fun interactive game, it helps students learn and retain information customized for their certification exam. A budding entrepreneur, Nicole specializes in consulting and Civil/Environmental engineering. With the onset of Concept Cram, she now has a special interest in education. To keep up with the latest in industry, she remains a member of WEF, NYWEA, and the National Association of Professional Women. Tim developed the web application for Concept Cram to help bring Nicole’s dream of a study game to reality. This prototype was used in the presentation at the North Country Business Competition in April of 2015. He has expanded the game into both single and multiplayer gaming modes and has been formatted for optimal viewing on both desktop and mobile platforms.
Tim has been responsible for updating and maintaining this prototype and all other technical aspects of Concept Cram. A testament to her success, Nicole was a third place winner in the North Country Business Competition in April 2015. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, outdoor activities and creative writing. One of Nicole’s poems is currently being featured in a book being published by Clarkson University.
