Lisa Gloster is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Government Services.

Lisa is a Program Analyst for the US Department of State and Foreign Service. The mission of the US Department of State and Foreign Service is to shape and sustain a peaceful, prosperous, just, and democratic world in order to foster conditions for stability and progress for the benefit of the American people as well as people throughout the globe. Possessing over twenty 25 of experience, Lisa works closely in the areas of: analysis, budgets, contract management and negotiation, government contracting, procurement, program management, leadership, quality management and security.

 

 Inducted into the NAPW VIP Woman of The Year Circle, Lisa maintains affiliation with NATO and DEA. She holds certification as a Black Belt Six Sigma, Certified Acquisition Specialist and Project Management Professional (PMP). Throughout the course of her studies, Lisa attained her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of the District of Columbia.
