Dr. Markman serves as a Forensic Psychiatrist and Attorney. An esteemed mental health professional amassing nearly five decades of excellence, Dr. Markman holds unique expertise in his dual role as attorney and forensic psychiatry. Specializing in all facets of law and mental health, he currently operates out of his private clinic, Ronald Markman, M.D., in Los Angeles. In addition to his private practice, Dr. Markman is affiliated with two local hospitals. He is one of 79 doctors at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and one of 230 at UCLA Medical Center with specialty in Psychiatry.

 

 The author of “Alone with the Devil and Obsessed,” Dr. Markman is a member of the American Psychiatric Association, the California Psychiatric Association and the California Bar Association. Board Certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Dr. Markman enjoys quality family time, traveling and playing tennis in his free time. Graduating with his Juris Doctor from the University of West Los Angeles, Dr. Markman also holds a Medical degree from the David Geffen School of Medicine at the University of California – Los Angeles (UCLA). He went on to complete his Internship at Mount Sinai-UCLA.
