Eva M. Sung

Eva M. Sung is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Member in the Banking and Finance as well as Energy Management fields. Eva’s professional title is Senior Administrative Analyst at Bank of the West. She has worked in her position for the past year and brings expertise in project management, customer experience and environmental project work, and over 25 total years of career experience, to her role.

Her job duties include project and schedule management in the retail business banking division. “As a creative Project Manager and Builder of Client Partnerships and Customer Experiences,” Sung said. “I am driven to achieve tangible business results that offer transformative change and increased satisfaction and customer engagement. I have excellent team-building skills and a passion for analyzing business needs.” Prior to joining the team at Bank of the West, Sung was the Customer Experience Program Manager for California Bank and Trust from 2004-2015, a Financial Services Consultant for ICM/SunAmerica Securities from 2002-2004, and an Occupational Safety Specialist for Inland Paperboard and Packaging from 2001-2002.

Eva spent her early career in the Electric utility industry in various environmental and project roles. In addition to her work in the financial services industry, Sung is an Independent Consultant for Rodan + Fields Dermatologists. “Rodan + Fields® is changing skin and changing lives by partnering with independent business owners across the united states to redefine the future of aging,” the company’s website states. Sung earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Ecology – Environmental Health and Urban Planning from the University of California – Irvine.

 

She also holds a Project Management Professional certification. To further her professional development, she is a member of the Project Management Institute, and serves as the Media Secretary of the North Orange County Chapter of the National Association of Professional Women. When not working, Sung spent ten years as a Volunteer Cookie Mom for the Girl Scouts of Orange County. She also enjoys cooking, baking and gardening.
