field of Commercial Carpentry. V-Talese, Inc., services Bucks, Montgomery and Leigh Couties in Pennsylvania. “The scope of work for the services we provide includes both rough and finished carpentry in commercial, industrial and institutional construction,” Talese said. Vice President at V-Talese, Inc., the construction company she has operated together with her brother for the past 14 years, Talese has six prior years of industry experience.
The company offers construction for both private and public projects. “I am a creative, achievement-oriented individual with outstanding communication skills and gifted in developing and implementing policy and procedure in all aspects of a company’s day-to-day operations,” Talese said. Talese and her brother split their job duties. “I oversee operations within our office as well as the financial management of the company,” she said. “I am responsible for contracts, billings and collections as well as the benefits of our employees.” Talese holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Dowling College, as well as an OSHA 30 Certification.
To further her professional development, Talese is a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors Association, which honored her as a September 2015 Woman of the Year. When not working, Talese volunteers extensively at Grace United Methodist Church, both as the Church School Superintendent and the Finance Committee Chair.
