Additionally, both Pargaonkar and her husband operate from the business consulting side and cater to the engineering, accounting, research and management fields. Pargaonkar earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Houston. She is always seeking further inspiration and motivation, particularly from books by Joel Osteen, Richard Branson and John Maxwell. She also furthers her professional development by maintaining a membership with the National Association of Professional Women. When not working, Pargaonkar enjoys spending time with her daughter, who she teaches to pursue nothing but greatness at just three years old.
She also volunteers time to the Wounded Warrior Project, the USO, the Firefighter’s Memorial Fund, and other Veteran’s organizations, as well as the ASPCA and charities that center on both children’s causes and breast cancer research.
