Betty Friedman

Betty Friedman is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Member in recognition of her contributions to the field of Management Solutions and Concepts. Management Concepts is a front runner within the industry in the areas of “career development, performance improvement and human capital solutions for the public sector,” according to the company’s website.

Established since 1973, the company “has collaborated with and supported every major agency in the Federal government and thousands of state and local government offices, unleashing the potential of more than one million individuals and enhancing the performance of teams and organizations.” As the Account Development Manager at Management Concepts, Friedman assists clients in providing assessments, coaching and courses designed to maximize potential and advance organizational missions. She brings six years of coaching, consulting, compliance and e-discovery experience to her role, and is particularly interested in mentorship and leadership.

 

Prior to joining the team at Management Solutions, Friedman worked at DefenseWeb Technologies, Inc., UsraNav Information Management Solutions and was a Records Management Partner with H P TRIM. Throughout the course of her education, Friedman earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Education and History from the State University of New York at Fredonia. To further her professional development, Friedman is a member of Women in Technology, ARMA and the National Association of Professional Women. When not working, she enjoys musical theatre and dance.
