Medora E. Dally

Medora E. Dally is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional Member in the field of Coaching. Second Wind Leadership specializes in multiple facets of Professional Development including Leadership Training and Coaching. “My training revolves around the individual,” Dally said. “Where are they in their leadership journey? Where are they now and where do they want to be?

Together, we create a training plan to get them to their goals. Along the way, we have a check and adjust period to ensure those goals are still applicable.” Owner of Second Wind Leadership, Dally specializes in the areas of leadership development, intern coordinating and teaching business and mentoring classes. Prior to establishing her own coaching business, Dally worked for 18 years of working at a nuclear utility, previously holding positions at Dominion and Dominion Virginia Power. “I developed their intern program and ran it for three summers,” Dally said. “I was the program coordinator for Leaders of Tomorrow.

I also developed a Performance Improvement Team that would go out in the field and help the individual contributors be more successful, either through helping them work more safely or helping them get the information they needed.” “As the Intern Program Lead I was able to show the importance of community service to the interns. We helped out the Waterford Country School on numerous occasions.” Certified in the Myers-Briggs Personality Assessment, Dally holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Charter Oak State College in 2014.

Throughout the course of her education and training, she then went on to complete her Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Lincoln Christian University, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Organizational Behavioral Systems and Analytics from New York University.
