As a Franchise Broker at Franchise Solutions Now, which specializes in consulting, Kosonen specializes in the areas of small business ownership and franchising. “I have 25 years of business experience in the finance industry, specializing in corporate treasuries, banking and the public sector,” Kosonen said. “I have also worked as Director of Business Support in North America and Asia for an IT company in Redmond, Washington, and I owned a café in Portland, Oregon. Now, with my career change, I am helping future entrepreneurs find the best business opportunities for them.”

 

Kosonen exhibits a very strong work ethic. “Whatever the assignment or post has been, all of my work experience has included support or service as the main element,” she said. Prior to forging a career path, Kosonen earned her Master of Business Administration degree from Tampere University. She is fluent in Finnish as well as English, has a working proficiency in Swedish and recently obtained her license a Life and Health Insurance Producer in the State of Oregon. To further her professional development, Kosonen is a member of both the Franchise Broker’s Association and the National Association of Professional Women.
