Dr. Lois “Rocki” AdrianHollier

Dr. Lois “Rocki” Adrian-Hollier is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Pinnacle Professionals in the field of Education. Lois is currently the Director at the Naval Station Everett/Marysville campus of Columbia College. An integral asset to the school, Lois holds a true passion for her students and greatly enjoys motivating, assisting and coaching them to be their best selves.

As per their website, “The Everett/Marysville campus provides a unique educational opportunity to working adults through its degree offerings and eight-week course format. As part of a network of campuses across the country and a robust online program, the college offers convenient courses to civilians as well as military adult learners.” Lois has been in the education field for over ten years and has held the positions of Interim Campus Director, Dean of Academics, and the Chair for the School of Information Technology with ITT Technical Institute.

She specializes in education administration, technical education, leadership management, student affairs and much more. Prior to her educational career, Lois was in the United States Air Force for twenty years. A member of IEEE, ACM and NAPW, Lois was recognized as a NAPW VIP Woman of The Year for her successes and her advice to those entering the industry is to “never think any job is too small.” In her free time, she enjoys gardening, reading and spending time with family and friends.

 

Heavily knowledgeable in her line of work, Lois obtained her Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Management from Capella University. Additionally, she graduated from City University of Seattle with both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Computer Systems.
