Tracy Brill, A.A.S., is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Member in the field of Government Administration. Mrs. Brill’s professional title is Administrative Assistant II at Jacksonville Fire and Emergency Services. She has worked in this position for the past eight years, and brings nine total years of industry experience as well as administrative skills of the highest level to her role. “Jacksonville Fire and Emergency Services is an internationally accredited agency through the Center for Public Safety Excellence (CPSE), providing excellent customer service through prevention, readiness, and response to threats of the lives and property of the people we serve,” the city’s website states.
“The City of Jacksonville is covered in service by four fire stations, answering more than 12,000 emergency and nonemergency calls annually. Firefighters also work to educate citizens about fire safety through outreach in schools, community organizations and at special events like the Pink Heals Tour and National Night Out.” “I have always worked in an administrative capacity,” Mrs. Brill said. “I am integrally involved in reporting and handling budgetary matters.
A large portion of my success is due to the good work ethic instilled in me by my father.” Mrs. Brill earned her Associate of Applied Science degree from Costal Carolina Community College. To further her professional development, she is a member of the North Carolina Fire Rescue Administrative Professionals (NCFRAP) group. When not working, Mrs. Brill loves being with her grandchildren and reading, stating that she “reads everything.” Mrs. Brill dedicates this recognition in memory of her loving father, Alan G. Say; to her mentor, Barbara Russo, who was a female firefighter and is now a Professor at the University of Missouri working in the Public Policies Department; her husband, Bob, who recently retired from the USMC; her three sons and three grandchildren.
