Frances Osborn is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Member in the field of Religious Counseling. Osborn’s professional title is Owner/Operator of Dallas Area Insight Counseling, which specializes in expert biblical counseling. She has worked in her current position for the past nearly nine years, and works with patients in the areas of marriage and family counseling; individual, couples, and group counseling; and career and vocational counseling.
As a testament to her outstanding work ethic, Osborn is legally blind and has proven that she will never be held down by her disability. She proved to the Admissions Counselor at Dallas Theological Seminary that she could excel academically when he was skeptical of her abilities. She has now worked in the counseling field since 1998. “The keys to my success are my relationship with God, and being faithful to the process,” Osborn said. Osborn earned a Master’s degree in Biblical Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary in 1998, earning a G.P.A. of 3.96.
To further her professional development, Osborn is a former member of both Cambridge Who’s Who and serves as Secretary to her Lions Club. When not working, Osborn dedicates her time and talents to a number of causes including: children’s charities, disaster relief, humanitarian relief, education, health, human rights and social services. In looking to the future, Osborn wants to enter the field of trauma counseling. She dedicates this recognition to her three sons and four grandchildren.
