Laura A. Pawulak-Hamilton

Laura A. Pawulak-Hamilton is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Professional, celebrating 21 Years in the field of Nursing and Military Healthcare in recognition of her role as a practicing Nurse Case Manager with the United States Army National Guard. As well as being a Nurse Case Manager, Pawulak-Hamilton is also a Major in the Vermont Army National Guard Detachment, located at Camp Johnson in Colchester, Vermont. Prior to joining the Vermont Army National Guard, she was with the Army Reserves for ten years. Furthermore, she served as Surgical ICU RN with the United States Army Reserves at the Kuwait’s Armed Forces Hospital from 2002 to 2003.

Amassing over 14 years of experience in Nursing, PawulakHamilton specializes in Case Management, Surgical Knowledge, Intensive Care, and Emergency Care. Additionally, she is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Surgical ICU, and Trauma. In order to further her professional development, PawulakHamilton has maintained professional memberships with various nationally recognized organizations. She is a member of the Vermont Nursing Association, the American Nurses Association, and the International Nurses Association, and has special interests in USANA Health Sciences, the Special Olympics, and Breast Cancer. She has also received several military awards for her service.

 

Throughout the course of her education and training, Pawulak Hamilton received her Associate’s degree in Nursing, and her Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing, from the University of Vermont in 1994, and 2007, respectively. Outside of work, she enjoys supporting her grandson, and watching him play ice hockey and lacrosse. She also enjoys swimming, tennis, and gardening.
